Randy is a co-managing member of our firm. Randy’s current client base represents various industries, including nonprofit and governmental entities, manufacturing entities, and employee benefit plans as well as 529 savings plans. Randy routinely works with our clients to assist them in evaluating operating performance and to help management and boards of directors improve the effectiveness of their oversight. Because of his “common sense” approach to evaluating issues and problem-solving, our clients view him as a valuable business partner.
Randy joined Landmark in 1988 after completing his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Arkansas, is a member of the AICPA and the ASCPA where he serves as Treasurer of the Board. Randy is currently a member of the Arkansas Peer Review Committee. He was a participant in Class XVI of Leadership Greater Little Rock during 2001 and in the Faulkner County Leadership Institute during 1998. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation and a member of the board of the Arkansas Committed to Education Foundation and the Conway Chamber of Commerce. Randy periodically serves as instructor for the ASCPA, teaching nonprofit and governmental accounting and auditing classes to other CPAs.
