We offer 120 hours of base paid vacation so you can set that out-of-office email while you jet set to white sand beaches or settle into a staycation — whatever feels like rest to you. We also offer paid time off for all major holidays. And for those who classify their birthday under the category of “major holiday” — we do, too. Your holiday flex hours can cover your birthday, so you can celebrate all day long.
We want you to be at home more than on the road. Unlike some firms, we don’t require our staff to travel extensively throughout the year.

We host tax season lunches, team outings, and “National Day” events (we see you, National Donut Day and National Wear Red Day) throughout the year to let our team close out the spreadsheets and enjoy time together.

Community Giveback Days
Our offices participate in annual team-wide community service days, like our Fort Smith office’s Day of Service for United Way.
