Chance Locklear

Chance Locklear is a Senior Tax Manager at Landmark. His primary focus is business taxation, including small to mid-sized companies in a variety of industries. He also guides the owners of those companies in their personal taxes, offering a holistic approach to tax planning and implementation. Chance led the COVID task force at Landmark during the pandemic, serving clients and the community on the front lines as new information unfolded daily.

Chance is involved in several organizations outside of his professional role. He serves as the Treasurer for the United Way of Fort Smith. He serves as the President of the Western Chapter of the  Arkansas Society of CPAs as well as the Chair of the Emerging CPAs Committee. Chance was selected as the ARCPA’s Outstanding Emerging CPA in 2021. He is also an AICPA Leadership Academy graduate. Most importantly, he is a husband to an amazing wife and a father to a beautiful daughter.

Chance graduated from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith with bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. He obtained his Arkansas CPA license in April 2019.
