Mike joined the team in 1991. His focus is on providing clients with comprehensive business valuation services, including mergers, sales, acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, estate planning, transfer/gifting of company shares and litigation support.
A born-and-raised Arkansas resident with four children, he resides in Fort Smith, AR with his wife, Laura. When away from the office, he enjoys his favorite hobby — sports of all kinds.
